No one answers the phone, AI voice you want to punch , whats up with lame services these days?

They saved the day today. Fast,honest and dependable. The cost was less than I had assumed Ed is also personable and professonal.

We had another appraisal that was costing us. 4700 i was suspicious and called you guys and apparently we didn't need anything You are honest, and I will always give you a high rating. If anyone asks.

I would give zero stars if I could. The person dispatched was great, nice guy, professional, etc. I let him know the problem. He took one look at the breaker box inside and then outside. Took 5 minutes. Then proceeded to write me up an estimate for $1,000 without even saying what was wrong. I let him know that was outrageous and that there is no way that it should cost that much. I was charged $125 for that 5 minutes. Called another place, 4.8 stars with 12k reviews. They sent a person over right away. Very professional, friendly, etc. Took one look at the problem, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it immediately. Under $400 in and out. I called back AAA to let them know. Their dispatch person was dismissive and rude. Stay away from this place.

Dante Caviness and Luis Morales were great! They came out, were very professional and courteous and made sure to explain everything in terms that I would understand. Then they gave me options for fixing our wiring problem in the house and once I made my decision, they were able to resolve the very complex problem. They are very knowledgeable and have excellent troubleshooting skills and does things in a very methodical way to find and fix wiring problems. Highly recommend!

AAA Electrical Services is an amazing company. My family had an electrical emergency with our home this summer. We woke up to PGE turning off our power due to faulty equipment behind the meter which could have burned down our home. We were stuck without power in the middle of summer and we ended up having to replace our entire electrical panel. AAA Electrical Services was able to get an electrician(Derian) out to our home within 35 minutes. They worked nonstop to try and get our power back on, but the county inspector left for the day. The next day they were able to finish the install. AAA Electrical Services handle all permits and was even able to get our power turned on ahead of schedule by reaching out to PGE. Thank you Derian, Ed, and everyone at AAA Electrical Services. You all are very professional, knowledgeable, and truly care about your customers. You all are my go to for all future home electrical needs.

I'm going to file with the BBB, and dispute the diagnostic charge since there was no diagnostic done. I'll state the facts here and you can decide for yourself if you think you should use these people. I called at 9pm because I lost energy to my whole house after I tripped my dryer outlet. I couldn't get the main breaker to reset which I thought was bad. I called AAA, explained all the facts, and they said they could come out tonight, and would charge an additional fee because it was short notice/late night. I said that was fine. They said it would be $366 to come out and diagnosis the issue. They showed up, without even looking at anything additional, they said it would be $2,200 dollars to fix! Very shady business. I said no thank you, they then said they were going to charge me the $366 anyways. I called an electrician the next day, and he walked me through the issue with my main breaker and helped me get it reset. FOR FREE. It took 10 minutes. These guys tried to charge me $2,200. Absolutely no integrity. Don't trust these guys.

I want to thank Darian and Dante for one outstanding job. They went above and beyond and very courteous, outstanding customer service recommend them to anybody and everybody who needs electricity and plan on having them come over and do some more work later. thank you to AAA electronic services
